Ok my wonderful blogging buds, I'm having issues putting a picture in my sidebar, it always ends up to big or stretched funny. Do I need to resize the pictures?? How do I do that? Any advice would be great!
One picture of Ian never would cooperate -- it was always all stretched out and cut off no matter what I did... all others behaved once I resized it like Liz suggested.

I usually have to resize it, or you can try clicking/un-clicking the "shrink to fit" button and see if that helps. It always takes me about 15 tries.
